Terms of Service
Last updated: July 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (these "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at hoodmarketcap.com, together with its subdomains, APIs, data feeds, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Hoodmarketcap ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services; Informational Purposes Only
The Services aggregate, index, and display publicly available blockchain data relating to the Robinhood Chain network, together with third-party content. The Services are provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Services constitutes, or should be construed as, financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice; a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any digital asset, security, or other financial instrument; or an endorsement of any digital asset, project, or protocol. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any decision you make in connection with information obtained through the Services.
2. No Affiliation
Hoodmarketcap is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its affiliates. "Robinhood" and related marks are trademarks of Robinhood Markets, Inc. All other trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed on the Services, including logos of listed companies and token projects, are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Services. You may not use the Services if doing so would violate any law applicable to you, or if you are subject to sanctions administered by any governmental authority.
4. Data Accuracy; No Reliance
Blockchain data, prices, market capitalizations, volumes, liquidity figures, and other metrics displayed by the Services are derived from automated indexing of public blockchain state and from third-party sources. Such data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to revision, and low-liquidity markets in particular can produce unrepresentative prices. Token listings are generated automatically from on-chain activity; the appearance of a token on the Services is not a listing decision, endorsement, or verification of legitimacy. Digital assets involve substantial risk, including total loss. You agree not to rely on the Services as the basis for any transaction. Editorial content published under the "Hoodmarketcap Alpha" banner, including articles and artwork, is produced by automated systems from indexed data and may be published without human review; it constitutes commentary only and is subject to the same disclaimers.
5. Non-Custodial; No Brokerage
The Services do not hold, custody, transmit, or control funds or digital assets on behalf of any user, do not execute transactions, and do not operate as a broker, dealer, exchange, money transmitter, or investment adviser. Any interaction you undertake with a blockchain network or third-party protocol, including through links or interfaces made available on the Services, is undertaken by you directly, through software and wallets you control, at your own risk.
6. User Submissions and Page Claims
The Services allow eligible project representatives to claim token pages and submit content, including descriptions and links ("Submissions"). You represent and warrant that your Submissions are accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and non-misleading, and that you are authorized to make them. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your Submissions in connection with the Services. We may remove, edit, or refuse any Submission at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice. Cryptographic verification of a claim establishes only control of a private key; it is not an identity verification and not an endorsement.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Services in violation of applicable law or these Terms;
- Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data from the Services except through documented APIs and permitted rate limits;
- Interfering with, disrupting, or placing undue load on the Services or their infrastructure;
- Circumventing rate limits, access controls, or security measures;
- Submitting false, deceptive, or manipulative content, including impersonating any project or person;
- Using the Services to facilitate market manipulation, fraud, or other unlawful activity;
- Reselling or redistributing data obtained from the Services without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Content and Links
The Services display content from, and link to, third-party sources, including news publishers, blockchain explorers, decentralized exchanges, social platforms, and data providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or protocols, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services, including their design, software, text, graphics, and the selection, arrangement, and presentation of data, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10. API Use
Where we make APIs available, we may impose usage limits, require keys or registration, and change or discontinue endpoints at any time. Commercial use of our APIs or data requires our prior written agreement.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DATA DISPLAYED IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS, DEFECTS, OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE FOREGOING MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Waiver
For any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered under the rules designated by the Nation of Joseon. The language of the arbitration shall be English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Nation of Joseon, a sovereign cybernation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16. Changes; Termination
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a revised date; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination survive.
17. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely. Notices to us should be sent to [email protected].
